COURSE DESCRIPTION


Ph.D. Human Resource or Doctor of Philosophy in Human Resource is a Doctorate Human Resource Management course. The minimum duration of this program is two years and the maximum duration is five years.  The Course focuses on HR Information Systems, staffing strategies, professional development, cultural diversity, labour relations and legal issues, ensuring that graduates can handle any and every situation. They can give you the tools you need to manage and operate your organizations. Ph.D. Human Resource Eligibility

  • They should have M.Phil. Degree and a Post-Graduate degree in a relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PH candidates) or an equivalent grade from a University or a recognized institution of higher training.
