M.Tech. Mining Engineering or Master of Technology in Mining Engineering is a postgraduate Mining Engineering course. Mining engineering is the discipline that involves the practice, the theory, the science, the technology, and application of extracting and processing minerals from a naturally occurring environment. Mining engineering also includes processing minerals of additional value. The syllabus for the course is divided into four semesters plus a list of electives.
