B.Sc. (Hons.) Zoology or Bachelor of Science Honours in Zoology is an undergraduate Zoology course. Zoology is a comprehensive study of animals and their biological processes, the links between them and their environment and key aspects of zoological phenomena from molecular to ecological levels. It focuses on the structure, function, behaviour, and evolution of animals. Students also study the origin and development of species, their habits, behaviours and interactions. B.Sc. (Hons.) (Zoology) degree course also includes the study of morphology, physiology, biochemistry, immunology, embryology, cell and molecular biology, gnemonics, biotechnology, genetics evolution and ecology. In simpler words, B.Sc. (Hons.) (Zoology) degree course is the comprehensive and detailed study of animal sciences.
