Global Institute of Technology Society (GITS) has been promoted by Kandoi Group, an Industrial House engaged in Manufacturing and Hospitality Business. Kandoi Group is actively involved in social activities such as running of charitable school, organizing mobile surgical camps and blood donation camps. They are closely associated with Disha foundation which is working for special children and Naya Savera an NGO for HIV positive children in Jaipur. The promoters are highly educated in diverse fields having received their education in India and abroad. They have great ambition and commitment to facilitate technical education in Rajasthan as they desire to pay back their debt to their Karam Bhoomi by setting up globally comparable educational institutions. Hence, the establishment of Global Institute of Technology (GIT) in 2002, Global College of Technology (GCT) in 2010, GIT II shift in 2010 and GCT II shift in 2012.
Global Institute of Technology, (GIT) enjoys the privilege of being the first private engineering college in North India to be accredited with an A grade by NAAC- UGC. The first shift offers B.Tech degree in sevan major branches of engineering namely, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Civil Engineering and Information Technology. Two Engineering Branches (CSE&ECE) are NBA Accredited . It also offers degree in two year full time MBA. The second shift offers B.Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering and Electrical Engineering.
Global College of Technology, (GCT) was founded in 2010 as capacity expansion of GIT. The First shift offers degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering and Information Technology. From the academic year 2012-13 the second shift has been introduced with an intake of 60 students in Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering branch each. M.Tech in Digital Communication is also offered in first shift.
